We are a company that invests in a variety of opportunities in select early stage companies in a broad range of industries as well as in the middle market industrial sector. Because we are investing a majority of our own capital, we believe we are more selective with our investments and feel less pressure to invest our capital on a predetermined timetable. We simply attempt to build the most value for our companies, regardless of whether it may take several months or many years before exiting a particular investment.

An important part of our success is the result of the partnerships we form with the management of the companies we invest in. We look to the managers of our companies to continue to build upon the outstanding work they have already done, while we assist them with strategic, organizational, operational, and other support.
